It
is a very difficult to take a decision before buying a home for a military family. Some families consider buying home is more cost
effective then renting. As every family have different needs about
what is best for them at a particular work station. And
the government can provide the various facilities in the military
families
such as studies, hospitals, transport and others. At most of the
time, militaries members are duties in the rural area and they can
offer to live the rural area in the off-base houses. They are so
expensive. But all the Military Housing Rental charges are not equal.
In the rural area, there is a lot of peace and prosperity or
financial battles.

Easier access to home loans with little to no down payments:
With
average incomes of less than $35,000, it's a challenge for civilian
families to raise enough funds for a substantial down payment. There
are low cost home loans available to them, such as an FHA loan, USDA
loans, and some state programs that offer low down payments or down
payment assistance.

an earlier age:
The
top one percent of earners this age bring in just over $106,000 per
year, and the majority of that one percent are lawyers, doctors, and

accordingly, too. If you buy early before house prices and interest
rates rise again, you can set yourself up for buying a military

on a military base will likely put you within walking distance of the
commissaries, dining hall, bowling, movies, and other organized
events. Instead of shopping
into your car and spending money on gas, you can hoof it or use
bicycles to take the family down the block or around the corner.

addition to paying for military housing, upkeep and regularmaintenance are free. While there is a chain-of-command process to go
through to request repairs, it is to the government's advantage to
not let housing units fall into disrepair. It wants soldiers happy,
healthy, sleeping well, and rested to perform their duties to the
utmost of their ability.

Financial Protection:
Even after becoming homeowners, active-duty service members can face unique financial challenges. Deployment and changes of station can strain a family emotionally and financially. It provides active duty military personnel and their families financial protection involving interest rates, income tax payments, eviction foreclosure, and more.
Militarymembers receive a monthly housing stipend called the Basic Allowance for Housing, also known as BAH. It is uniquely determine the amount of the monthly stipend. BAH is tax-free and recipients get the full amount in cash as long as they do not live on base. These stipends are wholly separate from and additional to your base salary.
